I use client-centered, cognitive-behavioural, and solution-focused techniques to help you identify, understand and overcome your concerns. While I can provide coping tools, I believe you are the expert of your own life. Each person has their own unique needs and combining multiple approaches ensures your specific needs are met. Together we will identify your strengths through a safe and trusting relationship built on empathy and non-judgment. I am here to support and empower you in creating a meaningful and valued life as we develop effective ways to manage your emotional, behavioural, and/or cognitive difficulties.
